How can I choose the private SPA access time?
The Day Use time can be personalised according to Suite availability. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email with your preferred time: we will confirm the best slot together, for up to 5 hours.
Will there be other guests in the wellness area?
Absolutely not. Suite San Martino guarantees a true Private SPA formula. You will have exclusive access to the entire Suite, with an independent entrance and complete privacy.
Is ID registration required?
Yes. As required by Italian law, we register both guests’ ID documents at check-in. Data is handled with maximum discretion and in full compliance with GDPR.
