Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made online through the Beddy widget on the Suite San Martino website and to bookings confirmed directly with the property.

Free cancellationUp to 14 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit or total amount paid.
Within 14 daysLate cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Date changeAfter the free cancellation period, you may request to move the booking to another available date.

How to book

Guests can book directly through the Beddy widget embedded on the Suite San Martino website. Online booking lets guests select dates, availability, available services and complete the advance payment required by the system.

Guests who prefer to secure a date by paying only a deposit can contact the property before booking by phone, WhatsApp or email. In this case, the booking is confirmed only after acceptance by the property and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Rates and payments

  • The applicable rates are those displayed at the time of booking or communicated directly by the property for assisted bookings.
  • For online bookings through Beddy, we accept online credit card payments and the full amount may be required in advance.
  • For bookings handled directly, a deposit equal to at least one night or another agreed amount may be required to secure the date.
  • Any extras, supplements or taxes not included in the initial price are communicated before confirmation or according to the conditions shown during booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation is free of charge if requested up to 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, guests receive a full refund of the deposit or full amount already paid, using the original payment method where possible.

If cancellation is requested within the 14 days before arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable and up to 100% of the total booking cost is retained.

In case of no-show on the scheduled date, without cancellation within the stated terms, 100% of the total booking cost is charged and no refund is due.

Booking changes or postponement

Even when a refund is no longer available, Suite San Martino gives guests the option to request postponement to a new date. The change is subject to availability, any rate differences and written confirmation from the property.

Change requests should be sent as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email, including the booking name, original date and preferred new date.

Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when the guest receives confirmation from the online booking system or direct confirmation from the property. Completing the payment or deposit means accepting the conditions that apply to the selected rate and date.

Withdrawal and date-specific services

Bookings for stays, day use and services linked to a specific date or period are subject to the cancellation terms shown on this page and in the booking confirmation. For accommodation services with a specific date, distance contract rules provide exceptions to the ordinary right of withdrawal.
