Did you buy a gift voucher within the last 14 days and would like to cancel the purchase? Fill in this form: you do not have to give any reason. Your declaration is recorded with its date and time, and a receipt is sent straight away to the address you provide.
Article 11 of our sales conditions gives you 14 days to cancel a voucher purchase, without giving a reason. This form is how you exercise that right: your declaration is recorded with its date and time, and a receipt to keep is sent straight away to the address you provide.
The refund is not automatic: your declaration reaches us and the refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the purchase. If the purchase is too far back for the card network to allow a refund, we will contact you and arrange a bank transfer instead.
The data you enter is used only to record the withdrawal and handle the refund. It is not used for anything else.
If you prefer, you can also withdraw by writing to info@suitesanmartino.it: a declaration sent by email has exactly the same value as this form.
Withdrawal is set out in article 11 of the gift voucher sales conditions, which also covers the case where, at your request, we had already booked extra services with our partners.
If the voucher was a gift to you and you simply want to know whether it is still valid, you do not need this form: use the voucher check instead.
